This thread that I have created is purely based on rating people's Avs (Avatars) and Sigs (Signatures). A person can either state that another person's sig/av needs more to it, or needs less. This is not to put people down, it is purely to give members of the forum your opinion. Hope this thread gives many people a fun time on the forum. Remember: you are not limited to rate only one person's sig/av, rate whoever you want. Deciding to keep opinions to yourself? That's alright.
