Lets see, you have about 2 months to collect the money. Here is how you can possibly make so much money in that amount of time.

Well, first of all, getting a job is probably the easiest. I make less than $6/hour and i work about 45-50 hours a week. This usually nets me about $450-500 every two weeks or about $1000 a month. If both of you have jobs, save money, then there you go.

Secondly, suck up to a parent who has a credit card. Beg and plead with them to allow you to use the credit card in order to purchase the tickets. Then, pay them back the money (along with a few limbs and your soul) over time til it gets paid off.

Finally, start swimming now. Its certainly cheaper...
