I agree it's open to debate, but that just seems to be one company. I still hold firm that it is not illegal until they take measures to suspend all of it. Like the kid there said, it generally helps the anime itself.
Once more companies start jumping on the bandwagon, then I'll begin to sway, but until then, keep downloading
