Well, I don't know if GTA4 would take place again in New York City...after all, GTA3's location was based off of New York.

Hehe, I've thought about this...I think it'd be cool too. Regarding storyline though, I'm not sure if it could all flow together (especially with the old characters and their storylines weaving into the future installments). Though, I wouldn't mind seeing something like this...for example, an Asian guy could be from Liberty City and travel to an Asian country to take care of unfinished business from something that happened a long time ago, etc.
The location, if it were going to be in an Asian country, would probably be difficult. Since the series usually blends major cultures together, it would be difficult if the game only took place in Korea, for example (I know there are Americans, Europeans, etc. but technically, these other locations are not as diverse as the US).

I think it'd be cool for the next game to take place in the UK. Just a thought.

Yes, there are so many things in SA that topping it would be very difficult. This is partly why I believe SA is the last installment...they made this game so massive and so huge...kinda like a "Hey, this is our last game, so we're making it the best ever" type of message.
