I just got home and just...wow

I wont go into detail just yet but I just came back from playing Halo 2...online.....on a movie theater screen

just amazin

alright ill go into detail

ilovebees started way back when and rolled for 7 weeks, grabbing people and forcing them to play out the story. I didnt get as caught up as most people did but luckily I had enough people catchin me up on the story (which leads up to halo 2..it regards a womans website who went bananas back in july or so. A thing took it over scrambling it and sending hidden messages around. little by little the site gave clues to phones ringing around the world and people went around finding these phones to help the lady out. We hear different stories through the phone messages, most of which are from the time of halo, earth and a few people there. It turns out the "lady" in question was the AI itself aboard a ship from one of the ships from the halo novels...while trying to evade the covenant, it jumps into warp but the AI screws up and gets shot back into OUR time, hiding itself as the ilovebees website. The AI has to get back to signal the attack of the covenant on earth of her time....theres alot im missing but its alot of info)

so we get treated to the last message of ilovebees, which is the AI talking and then an air raid alarm sounds...and she says "They're here!" and it goes dead.........the entire theater goes crazy

so the guy gives us all dvds of ilovebees, marking all of the stories and paths it took...not bad. I hoped it was the demo for the game but bla, he made it up to us

he then truned on the movie projector and the halo screen came up and the whole theater pooped themselves as he said hi to everyone meeting in san fransisco, texas, and illinois. We were going to battle online, 4 teams 2on2

there was also 5 tvs that others got to play regualr vs 1on1

but the theater screem....sheet. seeing other people play was exciting, but playing it myself was crazy. I played on the new level Zanzibar for a CTF. My team invaded on a warthog and banshee as I guneed from above using sniper cover. Sick

then we played a level called locked in, with nothin but the new swords. Thatll be my addiction, i garuntee it. Slicing melee craziness, and the upper cut 1 hit kill with the sword brings a smile to my face.

I also played a level called Midship using Oddball rules, that lasted 15-20 minutes. real tight level but fast action

the game is great, anyone not know ing if they should invest..stop playing around and just buy it
