I thought you needed to get all the sections too dan but not really
I captured just three sections and then I realized I forgot to do CJ's mission where you have to race with a low rider....itll progress into a smokey mission and so on so on,
in other words capturing the places arent needed after the OG party....you need to make sure you do everyone elses missions to proceed
