That can end up in depression some cases.
When im angery I used to punch and kick things, until I wnet to anger mangerment and got better I still do get p*ssed off and speak my mind but I handle angor with words not actions most of the time.
Happy, im happy, all excited like when you buy something new, work hard and get something back.
Unhappy I just feel sorry for myself and try and do something forgive and forget.
