It depends on the situation. In front of people I don't trust much I try to not give them many ways to see if I'm upset or saddened by something. I want to seem always in possession of my faculties. When I'm around friends, I have no problems in showing my true feelings, unless I'm angry at them and I try to seem superior. Probably this is very wrong because trying to look superior when you're angry will only increase your anger and dislike towards a person. But as a matter of fact, when you're angry you're not able to behave always as a person who does things right.
Happiness is different. I'm more natural when I'm happy because I feel at ease, so I always show how I feel in this case, and I'm content if it helps somebody else who's close to me to feel that way as well. In fact I think happiness is a contagious feeling.
