I've only seen 1 or 2 episodes of this series but it didn't interest me so I never continued. But, I heard a friend of mine say the studio never finished/completed the series...but I don't know the reason why or if what she said is true. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

EDIT: I found this site which is supposed one of the best "3x3 Eyes" sites around. Apparently, these are OVA series and there are two of them: a four-part OVA and the second part called Seima Densetsu which finishes the first part. Hope this helps a little.
