when i need a helicopter i just fly the island hopper into the army base while im wearing the police uniform, and then i get into the hunter,

the hunter is like a flying tank with machine guns and rocket launchers, it is so cool

BTW: the hunter is only there after you beat the game OR after you get all 100 packeges

BTW: cheating makes packeges dissapear... i know (i can only get 97 packeges)
