Okay... let me just brief you all on some current events... did you know that in wyoming county it is illegal to have a twenty dollar bill?? well guess what it is!... thursday pm i was arrested for possesion of marijuana when in actuality all i had on me was a twenty.. they searched me.. my friend mike... my car with a drug dog and found nothing... but i had possesion of a twenty dollar bill so by association as it is green.. i now have been arrested for unlawful possesion of marijuana.. isnt that "fucktastic"
now in the midst of all this there is a back story.. i went to hang with my friend ryan who happens to be a dealer.. but i have fallen away from the "drug culture" and dont really do much anymore... now as i was being searched i was put out of my car.. in cuffs on the pavement in the rain... for about.. hmm... 45 mins to an hour... wearing nothing but an all to small AFI shirt...that i stole from a friend
... now from this i caught a cold... and am still feeling the effects from this... as many of you know i recently purchased a new car a 2000 dodge neon... well as part of this search they used a drug dog.. and this particular dog scratched the fuck outta my car... really really fuckin bad... now as this whole situation isnt enough to piss me off.. i am still relatively calm... so... they take all five of the people at this "bust" downtown to warsaw... promising a ride home.. 3-4 hours later of waiting.. questioning and statement making... which in a side note... i admitted to the officer as i knew he was looking for a conviction that the 20.00 was goin to be for marijuana... allthough for once it really wasnt... but back on track... we were told upon taking to the station that we would have a ride back to wyoming... alas... it was time to leave and the deputy said.. and i quote "i cant just drop everything to take you home... you're gonna have to walk".. and as he made me leave my cellular phone in my car... i had no means of communication and they kicked us out so we couldnt use the pay phone... oh yeah.. and i wasnt mirandized till 3 hours into the precedings.. the whole time cuffs on way too tight... and freezing.. and.. well it was just fucked up.. so we walked a good portion back to wyoming till we finally caught a ride... got back... and well.. i had to break the news...
fast forward to today... Officer anderson had been trying to get a hold of me for some reason.. so i obliged to receiving a call from him today on my lunch break.. during this conversation the nice officer... he advised me that i needed to pick up paperwork for an additional charge being put on me... when i asked for waht it was for a bag of weed that was kicked under my car by a gentleman by the name of AJ osterman... and he was arrested for it and this officer knew this... this is when i snapped...
I advised the kind investigator that i had been in contact with legal advisors and have more of a case against him than him against me and unless he ceased and desisted his actions to try and bring me down... i would fully pursue him and his department... i furthermore advised him that i only gave him a statement for the benefit of his investigation and that any information obtained there in was circumstantial and i could get him on coersion of words and manipulation... i threatened him with damages to my car.. my health and lost hours of work as i had to take off the next day... at this he recoiled and tried explaining he was doing me a favor... i kindly told him to listen to me.. told him to contact the district atty and advise him that i was to have any further charges against me dropped otherwise i would tell my legal advisors to pursue action against him.. he tried explaining more to me and at this i told him he had two days to make things right and ended my call...
Basically... just tell me what you think.. or read it and go on with your merry day
