That is the exact location. Your screenshots are saved as "KotOR0000X" (Where X equals the number of the screenshot). Just follow the route to your Kotor directory and the screenshots are in there. There's no screenshot folder or anything, they're just in the Kotor directory.
C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR
Note that this is the default directory. If you installed the game anywhere else, then obviously the directory address above will be different for you.
If you're still having troubles then I don't know what to suggest. Make sure you have the latest patch I guess.
