I'm sorry but I have to say NO NO NO NO NO to the Underglow..Over here ppl who have this are just viewed as Losers, It went out in the 80's, you'll regret it when your older.
I chose other, just buy something worthwhile.
Goodman's right you should save it, I know you most likely wont and will think why bother save when you have your folks but you could put it towards buying a 'Adult' car when you grow out of being a boyracer!
