Maybe the music threads are becoming redundant but this can be kind of interesting.

What's everyone's favourite solos . . . guitar, bass, drums, vocal, etc, etc?

I'll post other ones later but my favourite guitar solo is probably Jimmy Page's during Stairway to Heaven. Probably because it's so fitting and the lead into it is great . . . the moment where it stops and that ending groove kicks in at the climax is awesome too.
