Hey everybody, I am the creator of a card game known as FFCCG (Final Fantasy Collectible Card Game).
Basically, FFCCG has been a project that has been going for three and a half years. It has went pretty well, we have written the rule book, and rewritten it again and again until it sounded just right. We had a final rulebook done until we had a vote and a major change in the rules was going to be made. We have about half the art done, all done by volunteer artists who love Final Fantasy. We had a staff of about 40 people at the end of last year, which seemed to be enough to get everything done.
As of late, however, our fanbase seems to have disapeared and most of our staff members have left. I can not blame them for leaving, they all did their share of the work. Everyone in our staff worked hard and long and they had other priorities other than a fan-created non paying project.
This kind of thing has never happened before, we went searching for new artists, fans and staff members but there seems to be no one who wants to help anymore. We have tried to revive FFCCG and will keep trying for some time. We just want our voices heard, some fans and a little staff. We have worked for too many hours to just give up.
