It has to go to the PSP - it truly is an astonishing piece of hardware and has the potential to propel mobile gaming/entertainment into the stratosphere.

As for Half-Life 2 and Halo 2... 'Meh' is all I can say. Sure, I'm looking forward to them but they're nowhere near as important to the gaming industry as PSP is going to be.

PSP is an innovation whereas HL2 and Halo 2 are an evolution - from where I'm sitting innovation should win every time.

Besides, despite me enjoying them immensely, I didn't see what all the fuss was about regarding the original Half Life and Halo - they just seemed to be nothing more than well made First Person Shooters (although some parts of HL were incredibly naff). For me, Deus Ex and System Shock 2 were more important...
