Osaka Shigure (Osaka Rainshower) by unknown artist. I finally, finally found the title of this song that I heard when I was a little girl. This song is actually a traditional Japanese song/folksong and I always thought this melody was so nice, but I heard this song in Taiwanese and they changed the actual title to something else. So after all these years, I finally found it. Haha!
