1000% agreed, a great player isn't always a great coach and van Basten knows that so he takes his time to learn alot. He says so himself that he ain't ready for the job, so he isn't gonna rush which is a good thing.
With Rijkaard his first job as a coach was the dutch national team for which he wasn't ready and I don't see him succeed with Barca either. But knowing what a wise man Marco is, I trust he does the right thing and succeeds in his training carreer.
When we have van Basten as a coach, we'll be 1-0 ahead before the match even starts!!!
