you know the parents have a sick sense of humour when they call their child "Richard" if their last surname is "Head". My sister actually had a teacher by that name once... poor Dick...

Then you've got the whole simpsons joke set... you know, like "Hugh Jass", "Seymour Butts", "Homer Sexual", "B.O. Problem"...

Taboo names can be fun: Not too many kids called "Judas"...

Oh and just for fun, change the first letters of a persons' first name with the first of their surname - among those I personally know:
Benny Jurke
Lam Sucky
Wam Shite ( )
Ken Bostick
Prik Eronk (not that "Erik Pronk" is a normal everyday name in the first place)

oh and also In the real world, I've heard of one woman who called her child "Laa Laa" (after the Teletubby), and A games company offered high ammounts of money to anyone who would change the name of their child to "Turok".

And then there's the guy who called himself "Mr Playstation"....
