Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is probably the best GBA game i've played... its a great portable title, but its easy to forget where you were up to...
Yoshi's Island is simply amazing as well... I'm in love with the crayola colours and kiddie book artwork, but the level design is varied and always fun. To top it all off, the bosses really are quite ingenious (though not exactly hard), and they really use sprite scaling and various tricks to enhance the gameplay.
Golden Sun (the first one) is a decent enough game... a bit short, and its nothing vastly amazing, but its good enough.
Denki Blocks also deserves a mention because it doesn't suck. Its a simple-enough puzzle game with bright colours, and often a cheapy retail price. Strangely Addictive
