Blast, this is so hard... There are so many, it destroys me to just choose one.
Alright, it's probably Alucard from Hellsing. I have a thing about vampires...
...I can't resist. Second choice would either be Kino from Kino no Tabi, Saki, Hanajima from Fruits Basket, or R. Dorothy Wayneright from The Big O.
