Fight 2
 
I know this was done before...in fact I think Mourdor was the one to start this but it was a huge success and I had a lot of fun partaking in it...

It's basically a large fight. Take your aggression out on other people but but don't go too overboard with it. Like using harsh language or anything, you don't have control of other people so don't bother saying after you attack them "so and so dies after I stab them" And your not invincible! So don't act as if nothing affects you...oh yeah and no futuristic type weopons...this is an FF type battle so be creative and have fun I guess...

I'll start it off...

The battle ground was showered in dew and the strong thick stench of decay taints the air as the Sword 4 Hire quietly marches onto the field. His katana resting effortlessly on his shoulder as he scans the horizon. Finally the veteraned Mercenary stops and waits...

"Hmm...nice day for some action..."

Reaching down onto his belt he takes his large jug of ale and swallows it down while he waits for an opponent to arrive...

*trots up with his hands up in front of him like he's holding reins on a horse.. followed closely by a small man wearing a backpack as big as he is and clacking two hollow halves of a coconut together..*

Hmm..

*stops at the battlefield, looking around* Right.. *turns around, grabs the hilt of a sword on the backpack of the guy behind him.. firmly plants a foot on the man's chest to pull the sword out of it's sheath, kicking over the peasant in the process.. turns around and looks over the field again* Right! Who's up for a thrashing?!

Putting down the ale the Sword 4 Hire looks towards the two men across the field...

"Hmm...?"

Taking his tattered sack from his other shoulder he drops it onto the ground and opens it...pulling out a scroll. Studying the man across the field's face then looking back onto the picture on the scroll.

"Heh...it seems we have a match..."

Rolling the scroll back up he places it back into his sack and begins walking toward the two figures...while in the meantime keeping his eye on his surroundings for other challengers...

*chuckles a little, waving off the man who carried the sword and the coconuts, watching him leave then turning to face the mercenary, tilting his head a bit then smirking dryly at seeing the paper*

Somebody's taken out a contract then, hmm..?

*raises the sword, inhaling slowly and pulling up, gripping it with both hands then pulling back into a low stance, raising the damascus steel blade so it points toward the mercenary*

Don't let the comical entrance fool you.. I came looking for some practice.. Let's see if you can earn your pay.

As the Mercenary slowly walks toward the man he pauses for a moment as he watches the soldier curl into a battle stance. With a slight grin and a head shake he continues his pace towards the warrior. With each step the Sword's dead eyes become more focused on his target. Finally he is within 10 feet of the outlaw and then stops, and for a long while stares into his eyes...never drawing his pupils away he studies this newly found threat.

"Heh....I'm here for your neck....why don't you just give up now, For I have never come up empty handed when given a contract..."

*smirks humorlessly, remaining stone still save for the slow trailing of his eyes on his new enemy as S4H moves closer.. tilting his head slowly after a moment but that's all the movement visible, save his speaking*

Surrender, hmm..?

*mockingly furrows his brow in false thought, then shakes his head, still remaining in the stance, waiting for the mercenary to make his move with a light grin tugging at the corners of his lips*

Nah.

Focusing his shades towards his brow he looked at the soldier, studying him, his surroundings...and the best possibly strategies. Then he noticed the man standing behind his foe. Slowly pointing his katana towards the peasant he calls out

"Keep this one out of the fight..."
