Cloud's Level 4 Limit Break

I read on an Internet site that in order to get Cloud's Level 4 Limit Break, u must get 32,000 points in the battle arena. I played and beat all 8 matches in one try, but I only got 3,200 points for the entire thing. My friend told me that there are different classes that u can fight in, but i haven't seen an option to change classes anywhere. Does anybody have tips on getting lots of battle points?

Basically you have to keep fighting in the Battle Square until you reach the required amount of points.

If you get beat during a fight, you will lose the points for that current series - your other points earned will be safe!

So you will be looking at a fair few series of fights to get Omnislash.

After you've gotten 64,000 BP and obtained Omnislash and W-Summon the special battle will be unlocked. If you beat these 8 battles, with Proud Clod as the last enemy (can be easily taken down with Knights of the Round), you will get the Final Attack materia. If you keep beating that battle, you will get various useless items, such as Autograph, Combat Diary and Masamune Blade.

Hope this helps.

Yeah, what Spank said. I've never actually done this without cheating. Also, after you've fought a few times talk to the lady out front where the entrance is and answer her question using the option not really(or something like that) to get the sprint shoes. The question is, Do you fight to win? She was saying she didn't like people who fight to show off.

Another big problem is that when you leave the battle arena, you lose all of the battle points you earned. It cost 10 GP (golden saucer money) to enter into the competition, and the only places you can get GP are the Chocobo races and the arcade in Wonder Square. So, if you have almost enough battle points to get Omnislash but you dont have enough GP to enter into the fight again, you have to leave the battle square and lose all of your battle points in order to get more GP. Could they have made it any harder.

I don't think so, but that's why I make sure to get more than I think I need so I can save at the save point in the gold saucer and make sure I don't run out of GP. In my opinion, the best way to get GP is through competing in the chocobo races yourself, the only problem is you can only do that on disk 3.

Before you go in to the battle arena make sure u have lots of GP. Then just keep fighting. I think you get more points if you get the bad things to happen to u. the little slot thing after the battle if it does sumthing really bad to you u get a lot more points then if it doesn't. I think there is one that gets rid of all yur maeria u have equiped, that one gets u alot of points but makes it very hard. I think thats the way to get lots of points, I haven't played FF7 in a long time so i might be wrong.

all u have to do is equip a ribbon and whatever u want and then just keep going threw there until u get enough bp to buy it

thats probably the best method... but remember that you may just get the "break accessory" reel at some point, rendering your ribbon useless...

very true

yes that is very true however just don't get that thing and u won't have to worry about anything. plus whenever i go to get it i have the flash ability so almost everyone dies by the first hit.

What's the flash ability? I guess I must have missed it.

synicalgohan91 Apr 2nd, 2003 11:20 PM

the flash ability

the flash ability is the level up from slash as it instantly kills all opponents

Re: the flash ability

So, you get it from levelling up the Slash-all materia to mastery? I see now why I thought never heard of it, it was because I never actually matered that materia before.
