PS2 [Skinny] Won't Turn On

My PS2 won't turn on. I called Sony the other day and they said that the fuse might be burnt out, but I don't want to pay that much for fixing it. Does anyone know how to fix it? Instructions or pictures would be very helpful.

Here's a link on the subject(allthough it's an old school ps2), it gives you an idea of the complications that involve replacing one of the fuses(scroll to the bottom of the page). Maybe it's better to go to a local ps2 doc, every town has one right?
