Yep! After you rescue Gepetto and Pinocchio from the whale, he's in the small house of Traverse Town... the house that was previously inoccupied. As soon as you enter the town, on your right side, right of Cid's shop. Hope that helps!

thanx. at the moment i have only unlocked agrabah and locked the keyholes in traverse town, wonderland, deep jungle and agrabah but have locked the keyhole in the olympic colisium because i don't have the yellow trinity but i have have finished the phil cup. can you tell me what do next?

After you're done with Agrabah... you should be able to use the Green Trinity, so, head to Traverse Town and go to Cid's shop. You'll unlock the synthesis shop. Return any pages to the Hundred Aker Wood if you have any. After that, fly to the point east of Agrabah on the map, the lower arm of the new ring, with a Battle LV of five stars. On the way there, you'll run into Monstro. =)
