MGS3 PAL Version Dissapointment

After Being In Amongst all the Hype of MGS3 last year...Now the Release Date has come and New Zealand is STILL Waiting for MGS3. Its Hopefully Coming out in the next twomonths. But All I Have to ask is...Is it worth it?

Word is that the PAL version will come with a number of extras. MGS3 must have been pretty good - whilst not a GOTY anywhere (To my knowledge at least) it was in plenty of overall top tens, and racked up a number of awards for "best storyline" in a number of places.
