Xenogears.... Chrono Cross.. and others....

Errr..... was wondering what were these about.
And would you recommend them?
Also what other RPG's are good out there.
Mainly looking for old RPG's for the psx...

I personally loved Chrono Cross, and would recommend that if you are looking for a good RPG. I haven't played Xenogears, but it is supposed to be good. The one that I myself am going to purchase is "Vagrant Story" which I hear is highly underrated. Any thoughts, people?

I was looking at the ratings at Gamespot, and I think for Chrono Cross they gave it a perfect 10. (maybe a 9) But some people like to over exaggerate, so I wanted to get a few opinions on it before I get it.

For Xenogears they gave it an 8 (I think)

Chrono Cross was an excellent game. The element system lets you customize the types of abilities and spells your party of three has. I would recommend this game to any RPG fan, especially of old school squaresoft.

Xenogears is an awesome game if you like storylines. Like is latter version of Xenosaga, Gears has a in depth and detailed story. If you aren't one to sit through hours of dialouge and story, this isn't one for you. However, if you are like me, you'll gladly pick the game up just for the story and the experience of this awesome RPG.
