Tales of Symphonia(GCN)
Skies of Arcadia: Legends(GCN)
Final Fantasy 8 and Suidoken 3 are good choices as well(If you can find them that is).

I say you should play Xenosaga and Legaia 2. Both are for the PS2. Nice graphics, storyline is superb, soundtracks are envigorating. Can't go wrong with these two games.

And for a little fun, try Disgaea for the PS2. The storyline is kinda weak, but this strategy RPG will keep you playing for hundreds of hours trying to get your team as good as they can be. My best friend has like 200 hours logged on his file. Has like 10 characters about LV300+. Its fun if you have the time to play it.

Thanks for the suggestions. the ones im lookin at now are Suidoken3 and Tales of Symphonia. Both look pretty good. I heard Suidoken 3 has a great storyline told from multiple viewpoints. I also heard that Tales of Symphonia has a really fun battle system. I think both are very important in a rpg. Could some people that have played the games make some comments and suggestions as to which one. thanks.

Hehe, I actually just rented Tales of Symphonia. Along with the other games in the Tales series, Symphonia has an in depth storyline with its continuing innovation with its battle system. I am not very far yet myself (played for only about 1-2 hours), so I don't know how the rest of the game will play out, but I should have it beaten by the time I have to return it Sunday.

Wow, you have that much time on your hands? Lucky you. :( Quick question though: is "Tales of Symphonia" the sequel to "Tales of Destiny"? I've heard of a "Tales of Destiny 2" but I heard it wasn't related to ToD.

I haven't done any research on this (yet), but my friends and I believe that this is another game in the Tales series. Maybe they are trying a Final Fantasy move and not relate games in the series to one another.
