Kill.switch...

I just got an email from Playstation.com talking about this game (Kill.Switch from Namco) so i went to do a bit of research on it but the problem is that in some aspects it looks like a very cool game but it also looks like a very lame copy of MGS so i'm kind of in a dilema because i don't quite know if it's worth spending money on something like this having MGS2 for PS2 like i have ... anyway just give me your opinion...;)

Yeah I was going to pick this up at one time but then I heard some reviews and thought otherwise. But now I'm playing the new bond game and it borrows a lot from Killswitch, so I think I'm having second thoughts.

Killswitch is actully a good game. The gameplay isnt great but it keeps you interested and the story is good. You may not think that at the start but as the game goes on the story gets more clear and entertaining.
It's worth a buy if its 20 dollars or lower....otherwise rent this one and have your fun with it.

I rented it and played it breifly. Seemed very fun and quite enjoyable to me. Id agree with Beretta for 20 or under its a possible buy but for me it will never go beyond a weeks rental at Blockbuster

As for the comparrison to Metal Gear. This game only wishes. Sure the guy is a bad ass one man army who sneaks around using cover to kill baddys, but the similiarities stop there

This game sort of reminds me of a fully 3D Contra . I think its the way its so fast paced and simple. Just run around shooting ppl. Yet it still somehow manages to be enjoyable Id give it a 7.5/10

Yep it's just what i thought no use in spendidng money in something like that specially because it was just realeased in here what means that is quite expensive for the type of game it is..maybe latter on when it softens on the price i'll give it a try...;)
