From sources of mine (Hadoken) I have received word that Square has agreed to work with Nintendo.

While the specifics aren't made yet, here's what I have.

Truthfully like i said before.I dont care for square cause nothin from the interests me.But truthfully i think game companies should be free to make games for whatever console they want

This will probably increase squares profits. Which is a good thing, I hate to see square go bankrupt. But for those who are wondering, it is still unclear wether or not nintendo will be getting ports of the newer FF titles such as FFX and FFXI. But it seems that nintendo will be getting the older FF titles. But I`ll just wait for more details on what square will be planning to do.

There was a lot of rumors of the remakes of FF 7, 8 and 9.

Maybe GC will get those?

I think it's a perfect move. More people get FF, Square get's more money, and we get Final Fantasy in portable versions. What could be sweeter?:roll:

hmm... they recently confirmed that they were indeed in production... perhpas that is where they are headed...

Posted in PS2 fantasy's article on the subject.It seems the first Final Fantasy game that will be developed for Nintendo's consoles is Final Fantasy Unlimited. This title will be based on Square's anime series of the same name.

interesting news... is this a scoop :D i can't find anything on this elsewhere :)
