Just continuing an old thread I had.

Madden 2002 is the greatest football game out there. I know that's true, but I want to hear from you guz.

Thell me what team you like, what moves you use, pretty much anything about the game!!!

Personally, never liked the Madden games. I always played the NFL Gamedays for 989.

I love all of the games that EA Sports come out with. Especially the Madden series. I must tip my hat to Sega Sports for the 2K2 series as well. :)

ohhh, I LOVE the classic Gameday games (expecially 98'), but after 989 sports took over, the gameday games have sucked it up!! Now all I play is madden games!!

My favorite teams in MADDEN 2002 are

Defense: Eagles
Offense: 49ers
All around best team: Rams

I'd have to agree about the Rams. They are the best team in Madden. (Which is unfortunate becaus I don't like the Rams:( )

I've found 2 plays that are pretty much unstoppable, here they are-

I form- HB TOSS (right side) -you have a blocker, just follow behind him and go right-

shotgun- I don't know what the name of this one is, DEEP POST i believe, it's the X button once you goto shotgun... -throw to the "L" wide receiver the second he has stopped and started to cut left.

Well, change the play to the "Go-To-Player" and put it on the quarterback...it should be in there...

My whole stratagy is my running game. With Marshall Faulk in the backfeild, there is no problem. I love to use the counters and quick pitches.

For running it, I like to use Jerome Bettis, because he is soo big!! BTW, why isn't Tom Brady on the pats team list?? I just noticed that...

Yea madden has always been my favorite, but late;y ive been gettin' into the arcade style football games like blitz 2002.
Its fun as hell!:) and much faster paced.

I like blitz but i like Madden 2002 a whole lot better it takes some actual thinking unlike blitz

Blitz is just a luck game.No real stragety needed to win.All out myhem.

Blitz is also a game for rushing if you can get the ball to one of your guys CYA your gonna gain some major yardage.

On another topic i just beat my own best score on madden.I was playing against Cannibal clown in madden and beat him 139-0 with out madden cards or nothin

He was all shocked because he could score against the computer on all-madden mode but got totally wasted by me.
