Avatar help?

I was wondering if someone could "clean" my avatar up for me. It's a little distorted becasue it was origianlly an Aim icon. I couldn't get it to resize correctly. If anyone could clear it up a little bit for me it would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure of the sight that I found it but I know I typed in ninja scroll icons into my search engine if that helps.

I found the image, increased it to 64x64, and did a little sharpening to make it look a little better.

Azuma i thought your avatar looked abit fuzzy, didnt wanna say anything incase you were offended...looks great resized properly.
