Hello,
It's me again! I thought i'd share this with you..
I was watching T.V and they advertised this place called celebdaq
which is fantastic! It's a site where they give you £10,000 you go and buy shares in celebs! Yes thats right in celebs! But dont get too excited it's not real money!! :nono:

And you earn or lose money depending on how popular the celeb you have a share in is! So if you know someone is gonna release a phat song buy a share in them quick while its still cheap and hopefully it will go up! or if someone has been in the news alot (i.e Michael Jackson :roll: !!!) buy shares in them while it's still going up!

Actually mark0 isnt our currency STERLIN!?!?!?! not pounds thats just the name for the money.

Im trying this game at the moment and its just not working for some reason when i fianlly do it i will tell you who I invested in.

Sterling, Pounds, same thing.

Our currency is abbreviated to GBP, obviously meaning Great Britain Pound, but Sterling, I really don't know if it means anything different.

Pounds and Sterlings are the same thing dan. I'm surprised to know that a citizen from the UK ignores that they're actually the same thing :laugh:

BTW, I've tried a similar game, if not the same, some time ago, but it was only about musical celebs. I didn't find it to exciting after some time, so I gave up. I remember that my business was going really bad anyways, so it was better to run away from the game's evilness!

I do know what that symbol means and what punds are I just wasn't sure if it would cost you anything to get the game started. If this doesn't make sense I can't really explain it any better. So, if you were to "invest" it wouldn't cost you a dime.

This is just a game, you don't have to pay. It's only "virtual" money you're investing, nothing real. This little explanation is for someone who still has some doubts regarding the money question ;) But the site explains it pretty well, so if you still have doubts, it would be better to look there for an answer.

Yea they are the same thing, I just say Strerlin to present our countries currency, But it would be normal to say in the UK thats 10 pounds or quid for example, not 10 sterlin.:laugh:

I know I suppose they might add celebs when they get mentioned in the news coz at the moment you haven't heard about the matrix on the news! I've sent them a message asking how they add celebs and can i suggest some so i'll see what they say! ok!

I dont know, trunks if eminem and dido both have a red arrow pointing down, that mean there shares are doing crap, look at the top five shares and buy them, whats ya user name onit?
