Whee! Thanks! Actually the last three (of Rocco) were originally in colour but I like them better in black and white, as you say, because of the textures; though I do like how the colour version shows up his bright green eyes nicely. The actual reason I changed them to BL & WH was because my scanner can barely handle colour! It worked out nicely though. :)

Yup! 'Tis my Rocky Horror! He's a 'used' one too! (from the shelter) I've had him for a year now, my first cat! I'm still a hard-core dog person. ;)

black and white works so well with the light... the second one of your kitty looks great (where its black fur merges into black light... well ok, Rocco just looks even sweeter in this pic :laugh: )

as for the first image, how do they get the images on the posts? (the brightness of the image looks excellent as well... good photography ^_^ )

the_artist-Hehe, yeah I like how his fur melds with the shadows! Those are actually stickers! Its so awesome because if you wander around downtown Ottawa (Canada) you can see these almost everywhere and most of the time they make up little stories if they are in a row! I guess the artists draw on them at home then just go downtown and stick 'em everywhere?! I dont know but I really appreciate them! I think I'll grab my camera and go downtown and take pictures of as many as i can find! That would be fun!

Frosty-3 kitties?!!? I can barely handle my one!! What are their names/how old?

Fortune-Ahahaa, yeah huggable until he jabs his claws into you!! Hehee, he's lucky he is cute or he'd be out the door in a flash! ;)

Chara-You should get a big old wonderful clunky SLR Minolta camera like I use! The lens is so big it's physically impossible to cover it with your thumb!! XD

Wow zoox! Those are so pretty! My favorite is of Rocky close-up with his paw pointed at the lens and starring right at you while laying on the floor! its so adorable! Like something you'd find in a card in the Halmarks Store. ^_^

Upload them to ranchoweb.com and copy the address it gives you; then when you go to post here if you look up a bit there is a button 'IMG'; click that and a window should pop up; then paste the address of your image in the window and hit 'ok'!

David, you need some web space to upload your pics. If they're stored on your PC, we won't see them. That's what Gadzoox was trying to say, also suggesting an hosting service (I think) where you can sign up to upload them.

David, you did it right but...

In fact, ranchoweb does NOT allow people to host pictures. Use GeoCities. Then upload your .jpeg or .bmp images. After that, go to file manager, then rename the image to .txt extension. For example, change porkchop.jpg to porkchop.txt. then just use [img] codes with the URL.

And you say the first one looks like your cat named Roger? Well, maybe because that's the average "model" of cat you can find around! I have another striped one, but she's fatter and her belly is HUGE! Maybe she will resemble to your Roger a little more then :D

Thanks for the compliments of my dog you guys, and she is a year old now Fortune and she still looks like a puppy. Thats why I love her!:love: That's a nice retriever Gadzoox, it's even got a good name for him. I like all your pets you guys. There so adorable! I just love animals.
