Does anyone on this board watch the show, "The Sopranos"?

I've heard that it was really good, but then my uncle lent my family the first two seasons on DVD, so my brother and I (both down with the flu for the last few days) watched the first season in two days, and I find it's an awesome show!

I guess you have to be a fan of the mafia genre, but it's really a well done show overall.

Does anyone else watch it?

can't tell u that but I love the series, although I only watched it once it's really good, and I would reccomend it to anyone who likes mafia movies/shows :P

I personally have only seen a couple of shows. It is pretty good.

Never seen the show, nor do I think I want to, despite so many praises on it. Almost like Sex in the City....what a boring show.

OMG !!!!! that is the most stale and boring show on tv.Im going sue them for false advertisment

It's boring. But, back to the topic.....well, I already said it, so...again....I don't think I'll watch The Sopranos.

I was apprehensive about watching it too, because I'm not big into the really popular shows (i.e "Sex in the City") but it turns out that it's really good.

"The Sopranos" is the story of the Soprano family. Tony Soprano has a normal family but he's also the Street Boss of New Jersey and his uncle is the Don. If you're into mafia or mob stories in general ("The Godfather", "Goodfellas", "Casino",etc) you'll really like the show.

I guess you need to be into mob stuff to really like the show.
