Almost Perfect

For anyone that knows anything about ten pin bowling, I bowled a 299 tonight, i missed one pin in the last frame, stupid 10 pin....

Just thought I would let you know of my accomplishemnt, i even get a ring for it.

Getting 11 strikes in row and getting ready to throw that last ball is the greatest feeling in the world. besides the nerves, and the shaking and the head spinning and all that, getting that 11 strike knowing its just one more ball is the ultamit feeling...well next to actually getting that last strike i guess. But i dont know that feeling...stupid 10 pin I HATE YOU!

Going with the theme of sporting accomplishments, my basketball team in the league I play in, has played 7 matches so far this season.

In all 7 games I have received the MVP award (I'm averaging about 26pts per game) - but as the thread says, it's almost perfect. Unfortunately we're 5-2 so far for the season.

But Moo, that is one awesome score! I sometimes go 10-pin bowling with my mates, and I'm happy if I get over 100!!! Seriously man, well done!

That's a great score. I wish I could at least get over 150, right now my highest score is 149. Do you play on a league or just bowl for fun?

jesus christ man, even tho u missed the one pin, you have a better score than most people could even HOPE to achieve. my best score was a 203... and that wsa on my luckiest day. i think my num. 2 score was 160 something..
