Its easy to make pics like these. All you need to do is take some time to learn the program. The program I used was photoshop and it only took me a few minutes to make.

nice sig i only wish i could make one the one i have now is something a buddy made for me. i guess i have to learn photoshop but im a retard when it come's to computer's:laugh: but anyway nice sig;)
