I was so happy when I saw the news. I await a new GTA with as much enthusiasm as a new FF game. The only one in the series that I don't own is GTA London 1969. And now that I think about it, I may go shopping for it this week. :)

i dont know. gta3 is a good game. but if miami is the same thing with extra missions. i wouldn't like that.

after playing alot of gta3, i dont want more missions, but more new features and extras.

perhaps new cars, new AI, and well......the ability to get inside any building and apartments. which i dont think will happen.

lets see if they make that possible in GTA4 or whatever.

Well its gonna be good old GTA. But I believe the name "Miami" suggests that it will take place in Miami and not Liberty city.

I want to be able to rob a bank, you know, hold up a store clerk with a shotgun, go down an alley and find an old homeless guy who wants money but I give him the ol' bullet in the head. I also woldn't mind being able to swim, and going thru the sewers to another level.

Well DUH yourself. You implied that GTA Miami would be similar to GTA3. How could it be the same with a whole new city? Sure there may be mission similarities, but with a new city to explore it wont be stale.

just like there wasn't much difference between portland and other areas. just like that there wont be much difference in liberty city and miami, whats the use of buying the same thing.

like i said. we dont want extra missions, but new features.

Well you don't sound like too hardcore a GTA fan, and thats totally ok. I feel the same about Silent Hill 2. I found it just like the first and I never even bothered to finish it. The GTA series has always been one of my favs, and I don't think I could ever tire of it. I still play the original. :)
