This is my top 5 for the present moment, even though I have many other movies I'd like to put in the list. But since you probably ignore what they are, it would be kinda pointless to make a loger list of titles...

Hey Fortune, sweetie, maybe you can help me with this one:

It's an italian movie, but it's title in english beats me, but it should translate something like "Life is beautiful"

It's incredible how it begins as a comedy and ends up as one hell of a drama.

One of the best movies I've seen, yet, one of the saddest as well.

Yeah, it's an old film with Tim Curry, Madeline White, and a few other people. It's quite hilarious and has three different endings (like possibilities).

Life is Beautiful is an awesome movie. It was set in WWII Italy, and if you've seen it you know what its about. I love that movie...one of the best ever, probably...but not in MY favorite list:

(in no order)

1) Monty Python and the Holy Grail
2) Saving Private Ryan (or any other WWII movie that's good)
3) Full Metal Jacket
4) A Clockwork Orange
5) South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut
6) Glory (hey, it's shown in school a lot, but it's still one of the best movie's I've ever seen.)

I believe I saw this in my Italian Class once ^_^ - it is indeed called "Life is Beautiful" and involves a Jewish Italian and his wife whom he romantically nicknames "princi'pessa" (well obviously.. the film is in Italian  ) rounded up to a concentration camp with their son. It was really heart wrenching how he tries to convince his son that it is a "competition" :( ... I'm really annoyed that I never saw the end (we got up to his reunion with the German who's obessed by riddles) but then the average attention span of bottom set Italian isn't too great. (one of the reasons I did French at GCSE.)

Thanks for clearing that for me guys. I have watched it in italian with spanish sub, so I did not know what the title was in english :D

And yeh, this movie made me cry big time. But that guy is what I would call one of the greatest heroes ever. And well, artist, I could tell you that the very end of the movie was "the killer" that made me cry like a nanny.
