To glare into Death's eyes with as much fury as one could manage,

Her softness too powerful, as is the look of care in her eyes

Yes it seems good. For being a song is pretty short in lenght, but that's not a problem IMO. I like the use of repetitions at the end of the verses too.

Wow, I really like it. It can be both poem and song ;) I know songs with only a few lines and this looks like one of them. Would love to hear some music to go with the song.
