I think the bar has to do with your number of posts or something...here (http://www.ps2fantasy.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4315&perpage=15&pagenumber=3)

PS2Fantasy installed the 'RPG Hack' which simulates an rpg, judging your levels by your post counts... that bar just shows how far along you are. I like the hack, personally.
