It's just come to my attention that if you don't mind creating then you might want to try www.gamefaqs.com they have a LOT of CAW's!!

he's right about the proper layering job. i made rey, then i gave him his back tattoo last, therefore it was overlapping his pants, looked really dumb, so i had to delete his pants, put the tattoo back on, then redesign his pants all over again (adding letters & numbers like rey & 619)
(side note, might also want to add top rope hurricanarana as his other finisher, i know he does the hurricanarana, i've never personally seen him do it off the top rope but according to wwe.com he does)

Instead of re doing the tatto and all that you could just go to edit figure and hit circle. It brings up the layer list, then you hit move and you can move any layer you want to overlap anything else
