do u ever encounter the twinz? if u dont know who i mean the woman on ya gta vc disc iwas just thinking because they are like on evey picture
btw do ever encounter pastor richards?:cool:

No, I don't think you're able to encounter the twins or meet Pastor Richards...they're just there for show, I think. :P

think back to the party mission when u get a tour on the colonel boat i saw pastor richards but can anyone remember if they saw the twins on the boat?

the twins are pictured with diaz on the back of the manual, thats all really, i dont beleive theyre in the game !

And Pastor Richards is only in the game Via the Radio, hes on VCPR im sure.

Omg this thread is old. Nope you dont get to see the twinz at 100% because ive done it and I havent seen them.

Ive never heard of such cheat. I still think there just there for the glamour of the game.

I assume that the characters were planned before the actual programming began, maybe they were pulled out, or just forgotten.
