how do you scroll up the brief screen ?

(in vice city), on the pause screen 'BRIEF' tab, where it lists the last few things that were said /assigned. is there a way to scroll up the list to see all that was said, or can you only look at the very last couple of things and thats all ? in gta3 you could scroll up, but i cant figure out how to in vice city.

yup all you gotta do is press the x button and the use the up and down D-Pad buttons to scroll up or down and press the X button again to get out of the breif
