It's a question of time or number of posts. Basically you need a membership of 30 days or 200 posts. It's not that hard to obtain for regular members :evil:

50 posts are the requirement to get a custom avatar.

can u upload the avatar onto the server (if its on your pc) or do you use a hyperlink?
