Aaahhhh! I love Skies of Arcadia! I still haven't been able to finish it unfortunately. :( But, my favorite character is Gilder. He's so funny and really cool! I can't find a pic of him, but if I do, I'll post one up.

Skies Of Arcadia Synopsis

The Age of Exploration is upon Arcadia, land of floating archipelagos which lies under 6 Moons. Imperial Armies and Air Pirates alike set sail across the skies in search for new lands and treasures from civilisations lost. You play Vyse, Blue Rogue - an Air Pirate who plunders only from the unjust. With your childhood friend Aika, and mysterious Fina, you travel the skies, exploring newfound islands and clear skies. Vyse, Aika, and Fina must fight the Valuan Empire, and stop them from collecting the six Moon Crystals, for if they succeed in this task, the once clear skies of Arcadia will blacken, as a Gigas for each of Arcadia's Moons will rise and wreak havoc across the lands.

Really, this game is wonderful...the characters are great, the graphics are gorgeous, the settings and places are so detailed...no RPG fan should be without this game. :cool:

nope just dreamcast unfortunely it's not coming to ps2 at all it was but they scrapped it. but its coming to gamecube.

That's too bad...I thought it would come to the PS2. But, the GC should work! I'm happy that it's at least coming to one console instead of staying on the DC. I hope they'll update it and add more stuff in...though there's already enough sidequests to keep you busy for days. :P :laugh:

yea it got me mad i almost beat the liveing stuffing out of myself...but i always pefered a game on ps2 then GC EX: dave mirra 2 its on ps2 and GC i would get it for ps2...im just very strange that way:disturb:

I have this game for the DC. Never got around to finishing it. I think I got to some part where I'm supposed to kill this thingy using the ship, but for some reason, I stopped playing.
Its an ok game I guess.

This game is awesome! Diverse and lush surroundings, bright vibrant characters, the battle system is very well done with the various Special moves at your disposal and oh yes the ship battles help mix some strategy into the game. I love this game and I hope that everyone goes out and gets it.

And Gilder is the best character!

Skies of Arcadia Legends looks so crap.

For example, look at this cupil, even a 2MB video card with Pentium II 200 Mhz PC can do that kind of shading!!! This is a complete waste of time porting this game into a GameCube.
