Lag issues for playing Madden 03 online

Just wondering if I could please get some input on the performance of playing the Madden 2003 online. Any info would be appreciated.:phew:

Just to note,

The online adaptor doesnt come out until tuesday so not many would have had the chance to play it yet, but playstation magazine said its only 2 players (1 on 1) but the lag factor wasn't a real problem except for play selections, but thats not a big deal

the only lag issues I have seen are when you pick the play. I do have broadband, I don't have any knowledge with 56k. I would suspect there would be some lag issues with 56k.
