Reminds me a little of Dark Cloud. I didn't like Dark Cloud because the only really fun thing to do was fight bosses in that game and there weren't many. I'll probably give this game a chance. I just hope my first impression is wrong.

I also immediately thought of Dark Cloud, it most certainly is a sequel.The only differance being the cel-shade look.

The trailer reminded me of Threads of Fate for some reason.

and hey kabuki. it kinda reminded me of TOF too!!
i think it might have been the music in that trailer(which sounded pretty nice btw). and parts of the town.

edit: has anyone seen the other trailer yet?
it looks great. and you get to see sum gameplay in there. i think its pretty much similiar to dark cloud. mainly because its the sequal. lol
well thats what i heard.
but it looks like you can do sum picking up in this one. ex: rocks.
