Eidos has confirmed that Sony role-playing game Legend of Legaia 2: Dual Saga is to be shown in its English form at E3.
Developed by the creator of respected RPG Wild Arms, the game introduces three new characters over the original, named Nanfu, Miya and Kasa.

Legend of Legaia 2 released in Japan at the end of last year. No date has been fingered for the American release as yet, but top news arrives from Eidos today in the form of the confirmation of an autumn release for Europe. Yee haa.

Eidos is keeping quiet on the rest of its line-up for the show right now, but the company plans to confirm the other games destined for E3 on May 8. Tasty.

Legend of Legaia was one of the best non-FF RPG's on the playstation IMO, and its great news that number 2 is getting released over here (considering they did'nt bother with Wild Arms 2)

What do you guys and gals think?

"Legend of Legaia 2 will follow the story of a young hero named Nanfu. Much like the original Legend of Legaia, the story begins in the hero's hometown, which is surrounded by forest and water, apparently generated by the water stone. No other story elements have been announced as of yet, but some of the key characters, such as the stone snatcher and a mysterious girl from an evil force, may shed some light on how the story will progress as more details become available."
