I've been wanting to play a horror game recently and since I'm still playing some of my Xbox games so I put in Curse: Eye of the Isis. It's pretty enjoyable; if you hate the classic Resident Evil style of play then not even the Egyptian themed horror and Victorian (1890) setting will do it for you. The game also opens weirdly after the place becomes cursed.
Police Inspector: I'm sorry sir but you can't go in there until we've made our inquiries. *the inspector and constable leave the area and the main character just opens the front door and walks in.* That would NEVER happen when a place is under police investigation, it made me laugh hard.

I'm currently playing Final Fantasy 8 (yet again). Following a no lvl up walkthrough. (for the 2nd time.) I'm about to get on the train for the 1st time and head to Timber, and my 1st dream sequence. I really can't stand these dream sequences.....

I haven't posted in the longest time at these forums. Might as well start doing so again, it won't hurt.
Currently now, I'm playing Ratchet & Clank: Future Tools of Destruction, which is a great game btw. Also, alongside that I'm playing a little Warhawk now and then. I'm anxiously awaiting Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Once I get that, I will play it, and then move on to Assassin's Creed. |

Playing a slew of 360 games at the moment. Since I rented Conan for the 360, I'm concentrating on that most. Other then that I'm picking up Guitar Hero 3 a lot and some Gears of War online.

I beat Final Fantasy VIII a couple of days ago. My party was Squall lvl 12, Zell lvl 12, Irvine lvl 16-18 (one of those). Odin is really annoying, and messed up my no lvl up game. Especially when I was walking in that Deep Research area. (with ENC-None) I also beat Omega Weapon. It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. (My heart was pumping cuz I thought I was slower than him lol.) My next play through I'm gonna try to get Squall's Lion Heart before getting off the first disc.
In any case, I have Final Fantasy Chronicles (Chrono Trigger) in my playstation at this very moment, but haven't started playing yet. I also have Final Fantasy Anthology on the way. Though, I'm a graphics freak, I decided to put that aside, and try out the games. Before I start playing these games, any tips/advice? lol.

This was a week of beating games for me. I finished Ratchet and Clank, Call of Duty 4 and finally went back to finish my season of Formula 1 Championship edition taking the championship.
I also got some time in online with Guild Wars and completed the latest expansion with my 4th character. Just 2 more to go hehehe.

I discovered recently I could play DiRT online on my slow internet so I have been doing a lot of that. I also purchased High Velocity Bowling and have been doing lots of that. At one point reach the top 3 on two of the bowlers amongst all people playing the game. Not sure where I am sitting right now, pretty sure I am still top 10.
Waiting for Christmas so I can get my Uncharted and a few other games.

For some strange reason I decided to plug in Marvel:Ultimate Alliance. i bought it on the day of the North American PS3 launch and never really got into it. I would have traded it in by now except that my nephew really likes it. I am really not enjoying playing the game lol, but I figured I should beat it and then I can justify purchasing it over a year ago lol.

I beat Bioshock completely so now I'm playing Hitman: Blood Money on the 360. I'm also playing some Gears of War online co-op with a buddy of mine when he gets on at night.

I'm playing Chrono Trigger from the Final Fantasy Chronicles thingy. I just started really, so I'm not far at all. I just recently got Frog, and I got 2 Techs for Crono, Frog, and Lucca so far. All of them are at level 7.
I think it's pretty straight-forward so far. Storywise, I don't know, I haven't been paying much attention to it =p. I can understand why everyone likes this game, in terms of gameplay, though. It's the same as FFVII, FFVIII, but at the same time, it's really different from the FF series. (Does that make sense? lol) I thought I would have some major issues with the graphics because I'm such a graphic freak, but that's not the case at all. The 2D sprites are actually growing onto me bit by bit. (And I should get use to it since I'm going back to play my 2D fighting games.) I do like the anime intro. Music so far is decent. Nothing mindblowing, and a few that can put me to sleep. Playing this game has put me in the mood to play Dragon Quest VIII. (Mainly because I like Akira's artwork and character designs) I've never played the game, although, I did have it at one point, but I got tired of RPG's and ended up trading it in. I'll get it back along with my ps2. My God brother is suppose to be giving me one of his ps2's. Lucky me =). My only gripe with this game so far has to be the loading, and it's only a minor issue. Sometimes, it makes me think my game froze. (or is scratched) I look forward to seeing how this game turns out. Beretta, is that L in your siggy?

Currently playing "Rayman: Raving Rabbids" on the Wii with my sister. Have stopped playing after a few hours. We avoided this game for a long time based on the fact that the rabbits looked fugly. But I always wondered about this game especially after that punk who borrowed our "Mario Party" raved about this game nonstop for months. So we finally decided to give it a try.
We were right to avoid the game based on the horrific rabbits but now there's another reason: the game bites, plain and simple. The "story" is retarded, the rabbits are supremely annoying, and the minigames are apparently made to cater to 8-year olds...or those who are fans of the "Jackas$" movies. How fun is it to lead a rabbit towards electrical boxes, bear-traps, or cactuses to score points? How fun is it to bludgeon a rabbit with a hammer to see how tall the bump can grow? How fun is it to slam toilet stall doors to keep them closed while the rabbits are doing their business (and making horrid noises along the way)? I now have more contempt for that "Mario Party" borrowing idiot than ever before...because I now have proof that he never graduated from grade school since he enjoyed this turd of a game.
